Question Breast Mass

Completely confused by this so if any one can correct me if I am wrong:

Cystic mass -> XX of any Age (premenopausal) -> tell pt to come after period has ended -> US -> FNA

Adenoma -> Pt less than 30yoa -> US -> FNA -> Followup 6 months later -> if unchanged leave alone, if changed do core biopsy

-> Pt over 30 ya -> Mamo -> US -> FNA -> F/U in 6 months -> is unchanged leave alone, if changed do core biopsy

Adenoma Girl <30
Cystic Girls >30 and < 50

Girls <25 can't do Mammograms due to fibrous tissue, imaging doesn't show up well

So ya, you got it. U/S stuff first, if can't see then FNA
