Question Ethics question

Sooo confuseddd. Anyone know the answer?

You are family physician of a lab technician. He always drinks. You will report all the conditions except:
a) you know that it disturbs his work
b) he drives car drunk
c) he occasionally drives his private airplane drunk
d) has sexual relationship with his 14-year-of daughter

I think it's A, because B and C are dangers to others and D you have to report. A does not put anyone in danger.

D should be reported venky as its child abuse...
i would go with C ??? or A???
A interferes with work, if he s involved with lab reporting that s dangerous... or no??? weird question...
