Default torticollis and meningitis

can any one clear this to me as i cant differentiate in the questions when they describe pateint has acquired torticollis or has meningitis?

Torticollis:sternocledomastoid injury usually during birth, might be discovered later, shortening, lump at side of injury, head pulled to side of injury due to the shortening and fibrosis, may lead to facial asymmetry if uncorrected, differential is congenital squint, baby may turn head to one side to compensate for double vision.... Meningitis in new born cause lethargy, irritability, maybe bullging fontanelles.. Etc not the typical signs u see in adults
