Help Exhausted but unable to improve

After 6 months long preparation today i am feeling very low.i give 3 online NBME and my score in all is consistently low..
give nbme-2 a month before and score was-206
nbme-4 15 days before and score was -212
nbme-3 yesterday and score was again-206

I am totally confused and unable to understand how can i improve my score. I read mtb-2 twice . complete UW twice , kaplan books once.

Don't panic.. try to find out exactly what your trouble areas are.. For example:
Is it timing??
Is it some particular topic/topics that you find difficult??
Were the all questions you got wrong new concepts ??
Or did you get any frequently tested topics wrong??
Sometimes we tend to think we know a topic but when faced with a question we get confused..usually that is a sign that the concept is not 100% clear.. try reading the same topic from a different book..
Authors target topics differently..what makes total sense to one reader may seem like gibberish to another..
Your sources seem fine.. finding out your weakness and working on it will improve your score dramatically.. Good luck!

I used the ethics by conrad fisher - he covers almost every possible case and the book is easy to read..1 day reading at the most..
And for gync Mtb 2+3 ..it is kind of a volatile subject..specially what to do in diffferent stages of CA, Paps etc...repeated recall and reading helps most.. the important topics are the ones often tested in gync and they are all in MTB.. so don't worry too much about itty bitty details..

"Kaplan Medical USMLE Medical Ethics: The 100 Cases You are Most Likely to See on the Test " by conrad fisher. I bought my book on amazon.

For preventive medicine - my sources were same..kaplan lecture notes, MTB 2+3, UW. These were enough for me..

If your aiming very high maybe someone else who used different books can guide you..

I hope this helps..GL!
