Question Reapplying for the CK in early September

hi guys. i have a quick question.. it has to do with the score delay but its not a question others have asked before i think.. my exam period ends on july 31, 2013.. i have already used up my extension.. i was planning to take it by the end of july but stuff came up.. i am planning on resigning up for it, taking a loss of the money for this current period that i am signed up.. my question is how soon can i sign up in this type of situation.. do i have to wait the normal three week period that someone would normally would that actually took the exam... also if i do have to wait that long, do i get caught up in the score delay since all results come late september now.. i am assuming even though i do not take the exam, it has to register in the ecfmg office as not taken but will that notice of not taking it get caught up in the score delay .. i would like to try to take this exam by the first week of september. since basically taking it in august or by first week of september , the scores would be out about the same time.. i just want to be able to resign up sometime in august and not have to wait all the way till sept 26 to resign up.. since that would really make my application really late.. any advice would be helpful.. thanks in advance. i hope i was clear enough and did not confuse anyone..
