Help Low Score in NBME, what's next?

Hi all,
Am done with my CS and Step 1 with a score of 243.
For my CK, I gave NBME form 4 2 weeks back and got a score of 233. Today I did form 6 and got only 221!
Am devastated especially because during these 2 weeks I went through my wrong bits in uworld!
My uworld first pass was 71%
What do I do next?
I am hoping today's test was an aberration. So want to give another one tomorrow. Which test do you suggest?
Help me guys!

Is UWSA more predictable compared to NBME forms?

yeah..thats what i have heard..NBME's have a steeper curve for step 2 ck and sometimes underpredict..its better to give UWSA also and then compare your NBME and UWSA score..your real score is more likely be to be somewhere in the middle or closer to UWSA

Thank you so much for the reply!
I havent given UWSA yet. I know UWSA gives a closer prediction. The thing is am filled with doubt now. Maybe am not doing something right. Thats why the low marks. But at the same time I think I shouldn't be scoring this low either! So am thinking if I do badly in UWSA now I will lose one reliable way to assess my performance at a later time i.e just before the exam.
So what do I do? Give UWSA now and see where I stand? If I get low now I'll obviously study harder and come back but will not have a reliable test that can predict my score then?
By the way is the free 150 reliable enough?I've seen some other threads where guys scoring >90% in the free 150 test tend to do well i.e score around 250 in the real exam. But again, its crude in its prediction.
I have 3 options basically,
1) NBME
2) Free 150
3) UWSA
What do you suggest?
Confused guy here Please help

Ah well...I think am gonna give an NBME afterall. Give myself one more shot.
Whats the worst that can happen? I'll get another low score? It'll be a wake up call to me, but at least I'll know where am going wrong and then improve on my weak areas and get back stronger!

Try NBME 3. NBME 4 is a tad easier than 3. Either of them will suffice
