Question Typing notes during the test?

I know this sounds kinda too much, but sometimes I need to refocus my concentration, and im a fast typer so instead of highlighting the key words in the question stem, I like to type them in the notes section of Uworld. Does the real exam have such a section where you can take notes. Im pretty sure they have it for Step 1, but I did not really notice it since I didn't do this at that time.
Thanks!! Goodluck to all

that will be the riskiest move u will ever do in ur whole life..the time in exam is barely sufficient for one read of the question, just imagine adding to that few seconds for writing notes?????? no matter how fast u think u r ....the is wrong...don't go for it. just train ur eye to highlight and quickly detect the red flags...that's it.....

true but the way I type is, I dont need to look at the keyboard, etc. Its almost like reading and typing at the same speed, just to register better, know what I mean? Anyways it works fine on the timed blocks but 8 hours in a row might be an overkilll

No time to type, and you may not be sure if you have missed any important information during the first reading.

Also it is quite annoying if someone next to you keeps typing. The sound proof headset is not that really good.
