First looks like retinal detachment,

2nd - dunno, need some Hx maybe?

3 - cherry red spot, so can be Neuman Pick, Tay Sachs or retinal artery occlusion

4 - dunno. Looks more like either retinal vein occlusion or vascular proliferation?

Because i love ophthalmology i dedicate quite some time to it even if it is not tht high yield for the exam.
I have my med school lecture book and I study from there.

For the usmle i annotated the topics that are mostly asked in both kaplan qbank and uworld along with the differentials and I study those particular topics from medscape.
I also use google images and try to see at least 10 images per diagnosis so idont forget (I do the same with EKGs and chest xrays)
Sorryif i didnt give you just one book !
