Smile Ischemic bowel disease???

For ischemic bowel disease the best initial DX test is CT of the abdomen
and the most accurate test is Angiography.
If they ask most appropriate next step in management is it Ct scan or Angiography???

This is an example. MTB 2 says Angiography. But in many questions where I find this I get really confused.

Most appropriate next step means what???? Best initial or most accurate????

i had the same issue, until i made it clear that the next step is the most appropriate step for the patient's condition in that moment! and it would be ct scan like in acute condition... and i guess its the same for best initial test what do you think?

guys, when they say whats the next best step, its what would you do next. would you really jump to such an invasive procedure as an angiography? especially when all you are going off of is your clinical suspicion (history and physical)?

next step is always whats cheaper, less invasive, easier and quicker to do.

a guy comes in with chest pain, we don't take him straight to the OR and perform heart surgery.
