Angry feeling so dead..

i m so behind my schedule, and today jst studied for 3 -4 hrs in the morning
and then i was just sitting on the chair, just staring at nothing literally.
if i feel bad, i generally listen to music or waste time on something i enjoy but today i m completely dead

i know few days can be bad...hope i can get back on track
wasted so much time, feeling even more bad
going to make a study schedule now, that generally motivates me

Hey! Don't worry you are not alone-that happens to me too. In fact, just did. And I forced myself to take the last two days off and just unwind and enjoy. I went to two movies, went out to dinner, and I woke up today morning feeling refreshed, positive and ready to study

Best of luck!

thats happens to me as well.. my mind completely stops working and i keep procrastinating.. but now i realized that till we dont get a triad, our brains dont come into gear.!! we make lame excuses and even keep lying to ourselves that others are better than us.. isnt it?? few minutes back, i was also messed up with studies, that i dont even know how to suscribe for nbme, (though i am on just first read track.. lolz..) but worrying myself by thinking far ahead.. BEST TIP to stay away from being messed up is to make lighter plans, that includes a day off weekly... forget about next week.. because we waste our energy more on thinking ahead rather than focusing at present.. i hope i have made myself clear.. good luck!!!

Don't underestimate the power of taking a break. My exam is in 25 days and the paranoid in me just wants to keep going without taking my usual gym break. My productivity started to go down and just started fogging up. Some fresh air, a moment to breathe and you should feel renewed energy to keep going.
