Why not displaced apex ? Due to the RV enlargement in the end stage?

Apex is formed by the left ventricle. MS prevents blood from getting into LV. Hence - No enlargement, no displacement.

But there is pulmonary hypertension that leads to RV hypertrophy and later enlargement and failure which will lead to lateral displacement of the apex right ?

Possibly. But I guess that would happen later in the course. Parasternal heave seems the more obvious choice.
A quick google search of 'mitral stenosis displacement of apex' should give you the answer.

Yes true.
Apex isnt displaced in mitral stenosis.
its pathophysiology.
Apex = left ventricle and
NOT right ventricle again this is basics.
Actually folks to be specific
the murmur in mitral stenosis
isnt really early diastolic
its middiastolic. again revise
your cardiac cycle physiology.
