USMLE Books how to use MTB2 and 3 for ck?

Hi guys!! My preparation for ck is going to become complete, because today I received my MTB 2 and 3 books. I ordered two books because I planned to use mtb2 for internal medicine and mtb 3 for anoter subjects as everybody advises. But when I opened mtb 2 I saw that there is some material in minor subjects which is not covered in mtb3. Its strange for me to skip them. Is it okay to read minor subject from mtb3 only? For example preventive medicine is better written in mtb2 than in mtb3. Is it be beneficial to read minor subject from both books?
