Default Power Outage during Exam...what happens now

I was taking the USMLE step 2 clinical knowledge test and was 30 minutes from completing the entire test. The power went out and we were told we needed to leave the center after two hours of waiting. Has any one else had this problem and how did it get resolved. We have sent all necessary information to ECFMG and are wanting to know how long it takes to get a reply from them on what happens next. Do I have to take the "entire" exam over again or just finish out the last block I was unable to finish?

Help!!!

So sorry you had to go through that. I am not sure but I think usmle will consider the case and do something appropriate. Stay calm. Would you mind letting us know which center was this at?

This is so so weird! i think ECFMG will have to take some actions here. Don't worry ...you were not at fault. It's them and they will have to do something to make up for your loss. Which centre was it btw

Do not worry about a center. I was just an unlucky person. It was a major power outage that affected a big neighborhud with lots of buildings including my prometric. I have submitted all reports by emails and got a reply that it takes 10 business days to investigate my case and make a decision. I still would like to know if anybody had this happen to them.
Thanks

He had finished 5 blocks and then they kicked him and all the other testers out.
ECFMG extends your window. It doesnt count as an attempt or anything. Dont worry your fine.
