Can you give us more info on your credentials? One score can't be a sole source for your decision making process. What's your Step 1 score? Did you pass CS on 1st attempt? YOG? USCE? research? What specialty do you want to apply for?

Well this is a shocker. There's no correlation whatsoever with your nbme and uwsa . What was your uworld cumulative score?
And what happened during the exam? Did you spend too much time on drug ads which caused you to run out of time?

Default Thank you very much

I've graduated Jan 2013 , UW commutative was 70%( shocking I know )
I'm an IMG , I did one research when I was a student published in an indexed national journal...
this is my first step ( I know this was a bad idea to start with step 2 ck )
in the exam I finished every block with less than one and half minuets ahead.
I don't have any USCE.
honestly I was thinking about surgery but after this score I'll take another round of thinking and I'll consider all other options.
What shocked me was the BIG different between the assessments and the exam( feeling very depressed )

I appreciate your advices very much
thanks in advance

Same thing happened to me, I got a 211 on my Step 2 CK even though I was getting 230s on my NBMEs.
