Its been a month since i gave step 1 got score on 7th august 231.
Did mtb and kaplan bank for CK - couple of subjects from internal 60-65% average. Still feel fresh about stuff generaly.
Watched conrads cardio but felt like im losing time watching them like movies.

Now i have to start reading something but cant decide, can i skip doing kaplan lecture notes at least in Medicine? Read a lot here havent heard from anyone kaplan notes did any good job for their score. But everyone has done it so ... Confused and losing time in thinking about skipping it or not

Seems like im looking for and easy way to get along but anyway Any Advise appreciated

For sure they go together.
Im not hurrying anywhere. I think of taking test around january... So ill think a lil bit more tonight and maybe start watching videos on x2 speed along with notes.
I'll try first and think about skipping after.

Hi,
If you really wanna give this exam real quick, now is the time, the fastest way is to start doing UW right away, its difficult in the beginning, but you will learn with UW, do it timed random mode. Then try to read whatever you dont know from whatever source, let it be kaplan or any other book or even a research article. You need to gain extensive Clinical knowledge, its possible in 3 months from the start of your prep to exam day. MTB 2 for IM and MTB 2+3 for other subjects is a must. All the best!

that's why i wanna stick with most serious thing. if i had done UW better, if i had started doing first aid earlier for STEP 1 that would be the only thing that i would change.
i will finish Kaplan Q bank and MTB first read. and start the final relationship with UW.

if i get in trouble than ill try step up, medstudy, kaplan. i just dont have nerves checking around a lot of books in which stuff may be even presented equivocaly. Even Kaplan Q bank got concepts that come in opposite to MTB.
i know UW does not.

hope for the best:sorry:

and most important that makes me hesitate is probably cause i read a lot on forum and everyone agrees that all these material are not the single thing that make you pass, common sense and general clinical knowledge should also help. endurance and test taking skills. I will do as much questions as i can.

and step 1 left me feeling that score does depend on what you actually get on test day. i had genetics my best subject but i had such terrible questions that worst performance in it.
so thanks a lot everyone ill continue what im doing for now. then %-s will show me how to move on.
