Default Old IMG - need help putting together a study plan

Hi All ,
I am on old IMG and have passed the Step 1 and CS exams. My score in Step 1 is low so I want to make sure I get a higher score in Step 2 CK .

Could someone please guide me on how to put together a study plan / study schedule ? I want to make sure I score high ( 250 + ) . Is it doable in 4 months ?

I started studying few months back by watching the Kaplan videos & reading the Kaplan books, but had to stop due to work and other family responsibilities . I want to start again and would really appreciate your help in putting together a study plan .
Books I have are Kaplan, MTB 2 & 3 .Plan to use UWorld. I know this is what is mostly used but since I am an IMG I am wondering if I should also take some Prep courses, specially since current Kaplan videos are outdated. ?
Looked for reviews on Kaplan Live Lectures ( LivePrep ) but found no reviews.

Also should I get the newer Kaplan books ? I have been told they have updated the books and they are more current now.

I just want to make sure I start off right and move in the right direction. Please help !

Would really appreciate if you could point me in the right direction.

Well yes its doable in 4 months. Different people have different methods, there is no one way to get a 250 plus. You have to find out what suits you. I used Kaplan lecture notes only and a couple of online q banks. You could also check out the recommended threads for ck section, there you will find a number ways on how people go about it. You could choose a method then and then follow it. Good luck.

Hi Diddykong ,
Thank you fopr your response.

I read your experience and asked some questions on that post. I hope its ok to ask here too :

1) Were you doing questions along with your 3rd read of KLN ? If so, how many blocks / day ?
2) Any reason you opted to not read MTB ?
3) What did you use to revise in the last few days ?
