Default normal measurements? liver span, jvd, pupils, etc

hey guys,

sometimes the question will state measurements and i have no idea what normal is, so can you guys contribute some normal measurements that would be helpful?

ie. pupil size, liver span, jugular venous pressure, capillary refill, etc etc

"inflammable means flammable!? What a country."

pupil size - hate this one! I take an approx. normal value of 2-4mm.

Liver span - I'll pass

cannon a waves - Third degree block

Sharp x and y descent - constrictive pericarditis

absent a wave - Atrial Fibrillation

Giant v - Tricuspid Regurg.

Giant A - Tricuspid Stenosis

Capillary refill - I read in UW <3 seconds is normal. But Wikipedia says <2 I think I'll go with UW. What say?
