Thinking of drawing a 4*4 table and write test or risk factor on top and and disease on the side. I can fill it up with numbers during the exam. You know, for bio stat questions.
Also, OR, RR, ARR

Maybe write down a quick table for peds developmental. The problem is that I have to study it first

Goodluck
Dont you think a huge subway sandwich will get you drowsy? I suggest something lighter, perhaps fruits and yogurt

I just remembered...how do I do use my breaks?!

Just to confirm, I have a 1-hour break to be used from 8-5, correct?

Default Take Diphenhydramine

I took Diphenhydramine the night before the exam. It helps a lot.

As far as I remember (I could be wrong, I seem to be having exam-day amnesia) my break was only 45 mins. And that too got compromised because of the da** biometric system they have started using. I took after the first 2, then the next 3 and then every 2 blocks after. For 2 of those breaks I actually stepped out side to eat. Their biometrics wasn't working properly and I had to waste some of my break time for them to fumble around with it. Hopefully you will have less people on your exam day, the lineup of people along with the security check process didn't help either.

They allow you to go outside, you have to sign out and sign in everytime you do though... make sure you check out the center you sign up at. Some are on the top floor of a building, so you sign out go in the elevator go outside come back sign in.. might take like 10-15 minute per break. The small town centers are usually easy to get in and out of. Anyways, Id pack a nicotine supplement just incase.

(I quit smoking a year ago, but I know how it feels to freak out about it)
