Heart Aortic Injury and Blood Pressure!

Was doing surgery from uworld and read in one qs that aortic injury causes hypotension while the next qs the pt had aortic injury and then it said it causes hypertension. What is it? hyper or hypo?

Also, is uworld for surgery enough?

aortic injury , sometimes can be contained within arterial wall, I mean it not total rupture and bleeding it out, in those cases may be hypertension.may be the same mechanism of aortic dissestion
