Help Depressed from stuff around

My exam is in 5 weeks and I am currently doing UW and reading the relevant part in MTB. I am finding it very difficult to do anything these days as I a am a bit or very depressed from stuff going around. My UW average is declining and I am not in the mood to write any notes especially that on weekends my plan involves doing 2 blocks :/! Do I post postpone the exam for a week and take that week off or what do you suggest? Any help is appreciated

Take one day off, slap yourself. don't lose a week and don't postpone anything. it will be harder to restart. and you will have to start everything form the beginning and this is far more frightening than any depression.
