Cool Is this really a Biconvex hematoma ??

Check the attached CT, Is this biconvex?

Lucid interval can be found in both ED & SD hematomas and the only way to differentiate btw them is by CT

is this a biconvex hematoma ?? the answer was ED hematoma

Lucid interval is seen only in Epidural hematoma, it's not seen in subdural hematoma (at least as far as USMLE questions).

Looks biconvex to me. Small, but you can still see its different from a subdural hematoma
