Arrow Management of Abdominal Trauma Algorithm

guys I came up with a scheme for abdominal trauma based on kaplan and uw
any gunshot exploratory laparotomy
  • if stable : do FAST
  • if unstable, peritonial irritation, equivocal FAST or evisceration :
  • any sign of peritoneal irritation ( tenderness, rebound tenderness and guarding) : Exp. laparotomy
  • in hemodynamically stable and unstable :
    FAST ----> if -ve
    stable -------> CT "with contrast"
    unstable------> DPL
    FAST------>if +ve
    exp. laparotomy

any modifications guys ?
thank you
