Blood A boy with bleeding?

5 year old boy with a week history of bruising, 2 weeks history of pain in his extremities. Temp 38°C . Examination: bleeding gums, petechiae and purpura over trunk and extremities, generalized lymphadenopathy and splenomegaly. What is the diagnosis ?
(A) Factor VIII deficiency
(B) Fibrinogen deficiency
(C) Thrombocytopenia
(D) Vitamin K deficiency
(E) von Willebrand factor deficiency

please explain your answer

I would go with Thrombocytopenia...
Most of the physical findings have to do with some kind of bleeding problems
But splenomegaly makes me think of thrombocytopenia
Anyone else?

(C) Thrombocytopenia (looks like leukemia to me)
