Default Help please because I'm freaking out!

I've been studying for almost 4 months and I've reviewed FA 3 times, read through MTB once and solved UW Qbank with an overall 73% cumulative score, then I reviewed the wrong questions.

I thought I was doing good and foolishly decided to take the UW SA 2 days before the actual exam since I've been putting it off because I wanted to work on my weaker points first. I got a 232 which is totally freaking me out because I was aiming for a higher score and I know that UW actually overestimates sometimes. In addition, I felt the SA was actually harder for me than the Qbank itself!

So I have 2 options; attribute the bad performance to preexam nerves and go through with it hoping for the best or postpone the exam while I still have a few hours to do so?

If you are ready for score somewhere between 210 and 230 you may take exam.. But i would not risk and postpone if i could. And would take some nbmes. Easier to say for me, I'm not the one two days before exam.. Good luck whatever you decide.

Default Tough decision !!

Think carefully and decide !! Ultimately its your decision!!
One thing i would suggest is that postponing the exam would be always a safer choice !!
you would never repent postponing the exam !!!

I don't understand why u are freaking out.If u want to get 260 then may be you should postpone. But,Always remember getting 230-240. is considered good score. When u try to go above you have to work harder and harder because U have to climb a steeper curve.

Same situation for me. I am just keep postponing my exam because I want to beat my step 1 score which is 248. not getting peace anywhere.

Some days are awful.I would advise you to do a q bank, if u are not comfortable. like Kaplan or rx and take an nbme after 1 month.

or take the exam with cool head and confidence , you will get similar score like ur UWAS , I can say for sure
