Question CAD risk factors

Correcting which factors for CAD will result in immediate benefit?
In MTB options were given as cessation of smoking, DM, HTN, Hyperlipidemia and wt loss... and he says the answer is cessation of smoking.. My question is what if the patient is a non smoker... Then what would be the next best answer... kindly help...
