Save It! For those who are feeling low

We all need motivation boosts in our long usmle journey. I am the one who needs it all the time, so thought I should share few lines from the motivational book i'm reading these days.

From the book, 10 rules of success:
Always remember that you are better than what you think you are. Failures are the stepping stones to success for a wise, picture your success in your mind, Plan and Proceed.
Never be afraid of hard work, no one reaches the top without climbing stairs.
Donít let fear of any kind stop you, fear is not to be afraid of ; it is to be worked at.
Clear your mind of all negative thoughts and concentrate on your achievements. Make a positive memory account. Do not allow any negative thought either about yourself or other people crowd your mind, negative thoughts do not produce positive results.
Donít be afraid of dreaming big. Big dreams bring big results. You canít plan a small house and build a palace.
Look at successful people around you; see how they work and manage themselves and their affairs; how they plan in advance, how they overcome their obstacles.
Always know if others can do it you can do it too!!
Knowing trees, I understand the meaning of Patience.
Knowing grass, I can appreciate Persistence.
