Unhappy Failed ck

I need help on what to do. I have low scores on step 1 (194) and failed the Ck after months of intense devoted prep. Every two weeks i find out that someone i know has succeeded at something and the feeling of worthlessness and humiliation literally stays with me for days. I now know what anhedonia really is. I will do anything to realise my dream of being a US physician, i just need to know what else to do.

as you passed step 1 in one chance , if u pass step 1 ck in second attempt. still u have good chances. see, nobody has 100 percent chances. everybody is in uncertainity.

now its ur call to do ur best. I advise you to do lots of questions. understand the technique .Do rush this time . Take ur time and try to buld up ur foundation

Start from tomorrow.

Yeah start from tomorrow immerse in your study and you will feel much stronger. Don't let the anhedonia thought and worthlessness overwhelm you.
You are great when saying that y will do everything. Thats the best position y need now, yes do everything. Everyone's success is in each step of our life. So is for others. Nobody has just success everyone has ups downs, weaknesses strengths. Main thing is to have control over yourself. Everything is possible then.

sorry to hear about your ck result. As you know now a days residency is becoming tougher day by day. So, my very first advice is set your goal above 240 for ck. Do u world 2-3 times, dont be hurry to finished the exam. Take nbme self assessment. If you get >230 then u can go for exam in a months. and if you get low score then rerevise u world or do any other question bank and read mtb 2 . keep revision untill you get good score in self assessment.
