Default irregularly irregular rhythm

irregularly irregular rhythm , can anyone please explain that to me?i know it is the hallmark for atrial fibrillation but what does it mean ? and what is the regular irregular?

it means that the rythum irregularity is not predictable. It is not some expected off the line mistakes ! Does it mean any sense to you? I hope it does.
Ex:
There is an irregular rythum like the one we see on heart block second degree. Which is the same along the strip, 2:1 or 3:1 and so forth, but with AF irregularity isnt predictible of a know pattern. Thats called irregular irregularity.
