Default why WE USE DIURETIC FOR CARDIOMYOPATHY

we know that increase preload decrease cardiomyopathy murmurs so we should beta blocker NOT diuretics

You want to decrease/reduce/release the intermyocardial fiber tension therefore you give diuretics, which will cause less preload, and therefore less intermyocardial fiber length tension, therefore less stress on the walls of the heart.
oint of therapy is reducing preload to reduce tension on the walls of the heart!
