The reason u see so many 70s and 80s in this forum is those few folks know that this is an amazing score and more likely to boast about it. Most people actually start uworld in the 50s. That's the norm. People dont go around posting that they are beginning in the 50s because everyone assumes they are inadequate.

In the end, it doesnt really matter what the other people are getting. Focus on yourself. Reminding yourself of what others supposedly got on their first try is pointless. It'll just get you frustrated and leave you with self doubt.

Put less thought into self inadequacy and more thought in improving. Do u lack a foundation? Is it timing? Focus on your weakness and keep pushing forward. Nothing and no one here matters. Period.

PERFECTLY SAID.

Truth is you should ONLY care about being the BEST you can be, don't look at other people's scores just focus on YOURS.

I myself have a score of 41% and i still have 86% of unused Q's.

But i KNOW THAT i WILL improve and i AM improving as i'm solving the q's and reading the explanations.

Do i care about other people's scores, of course not cause i'm 100% positive that as long as i put in the WORK my overall knowledge and question solving skills will improve and IS improving.

GOOD LUCK, BE PERSISTENT.

The reason for such an inflated average score is people just do it twice so average score which is shown in those tests go up. Scoring in 60s in first round is certainly good. I even know some people who did offline UW before subscribing online so naturally those people are going to score high!

bottom line--Just hang on there!
