Help Am I ready for the real test?

Hello everyone! My exam is in TWO weeks. Just came back from test center for my practice test (CD) and got 78% in total. Details as follows.

Block-1: 80% (44)
Block-2: 77% (43)
Block-3: 76% (42)

UW: timed random test mode: 70%

Nbme 6: 208 (one month ago)

Do I need to postpone my exam? In the next two weeks, I am going to go over all the wrong questions in UW and MTB 2 one more time.

Any advice will be welcomed! Thanks!

2CK mock exams have very wide variation with real exam score. it can be anything from +- 5 to +-20 both for NBMEs and UWSA.

I agree with the suggestion to take UWSA and NBME before you take the exam. I felt the exam was tough but doable. the difficulty level will be a lot closer to UWSA compare to nbme.

By far UWSA is more difficult than NBME.

my exam was a bit more difficult than UWSA and i kinda had the same feeling of uncertainty as I had with uwsa. I felt desperate after exam. But turned out quite well.

I think the most important thing to learn from qbanks are problem solving skills: concepts/logic behind every decision and how to apply the principle to new/different cases. As long as you learn that and not just memorization, you should be fine on exam.
