Help workup of abnormal pap and management of abnoraml histology in nonpregnant and pregnant and menopausal !!!

Can anyone please clarify these concepts ?

UW & Kaplan guidelines differ and they do not have all the info.. I have read all the posts on this forum regarding approach to abnormal pap smear but I have not been able to understand it completely.

Can someone please make it easy and clarify it.

Would really really appreciate it.

Thanks.
