Default TNM Classification

I was reading a review qbook and it stated the TNM classification in pretty in-depth detail (T1,2,3..N1,2,3, etc.).
Although it was informative, I wonder if its necessary for the CK?
Can someone please weigh in as I do not want to read extra unnecessary stuff!
