Default uw question not understood

it is question 4603, I am A littel confused about it , i got it answered right as logic , but i could not understand it or differentiate it well from normal acute pancreatitis , is it necrotic pancreatitis or not just a sever form of the normal acute pancreatitis , I even could not find anything related in wikipedia ??

My understanding is that one defines pancreatitis severe if there is organ failure. In this case, increased permeability caused lungs edema (crackles) and generalized vasodilation (low BP). You can use ranson's criteria to estimate the mortality risk in pancreatitis:
