Default Kaplan Qbank

I just purchased a subscription of kaplan qbank... its been almost two hours since i received my receipt of payment and order number... but there is still no sign of the qbank that i can access.

Is it normal for it to take this long to show up and be accessible?

I called them, and who ever answered the phone wasnt sure how to take care of this problem so she transferred it to her superior who ALSO sounded very unsure what was going on and told me to wait some more till it is "integrated" into the system.

its a one month subscription, so its safe to assume i will lose one day out of the 30 days i have for this thing, because of this incompetent "integration" ?

yes, it's a terrible service. It happened to me TWICE. I purchased the Qbank after their working hours and it wasn't working. I called the day after and they had to activate it manually _

you can always claim if you're system is not working properly and they should give you extra days. Afriend of mine got his account error for 2 days and he got 10 days free. I got error on weekends and they gave me extra 10 days as well.
