Default plz help :( when is best to take a break?

hei guys,
i'm taking my CK in the next week, little confused how to use the whole 1hour better said "55 minute" between 8blocks
btw this is my first step(taking ck before step 1)
can you please give me some tips?
i personally think i should save some time for the last 2 blocks when u are exhausted
but since u have to do the check in check out stuff i've heard many of my friends couldn't do that and they regret

what I did in step 1 was took a little break after every block cause even doing 2 blocks in a row was tiring for me( just not very tough ). Just got out of the room drank some water, went to bathroom if I had to eat something take few deep breaths & went back in didnt take more than 5-6 mins for the entire routine. Kept doing that & before the last block I still had 15 mins for my break time so I used that entire time stretched a little washed my face & went back in in good spirit knowing its the last block & finally done.
A lot of people can do 2 blocks even 3 blocks in a row but I get exausted that way. So know your body & stamina & adjust the break time accordingly. All the best!
When people canít do something themselves, theyíre gonna tell you that you canít do it.You want something, go get it. Period.

i think it's manly personal, know yourself and what you can do.
based on what i did on step one, i had a few bites of my sandwich before i went in, did 2 blocks then took a break, had more of the sandwich and a few sips of juice and some cookies (just something i like). i did that every 2 blocks but i do take a few minutes after each block and do a little relaxation while im in my seat (close my eyes with a little gentle pressure for a bit, breath in and out slowly and deeply). till the last 3 blocks i did a break after each block even though it wasn't time for a break and i sipped some tea/coffee mix before the last block so i wont get tired. i had about a minute left at the end of the test

in summary
block1-relaxation-block2-break-block3-relax-block4-break (with bathroom trip)-block5-break-block6-break-block7-done

depending on the center, might need to take into account how many bathrooms they have, i had to wait for someone to get out for me to use the restrooms
