My experience
NBME
form6 225 2/1/2014
form2 233 2/17/2014
form3 246 3/16/2014
form4 260 3/20/2014
UWSA 260
Step2 CK 3/24/2014 ???

The real test was much harder than mock exams. I guess kaplan self assessment test had similar quality.

I have just received my score report!
My step2 CK score is 255!!!
This score is much higher than I expected!

I have been so nervous because the real exam was much harder than any other study sources.

I think UWSA and NBME is accurate to predict your score. (My UWSA and NBME score is shown above)
You should never give up during real exam even if you feel it is much more difficult than UW or other mock exams.

I will start preparing for step1.

Good luck everyone

Big Big Congrats!

Would you suggest the same NBME form sequence as you do or you would do it another way?

I know ppl is saying that form 4 is the best predictor of them all. I wonder about 2,3,6. which one do you think should be done first?

What Qbank have you used?

Thx!

Thanks. Here is my prep methods.
I am a post graduate. I'm not good at English, so it took many hours to study when I began to prepare fot this test...

Preparation period is about 11months.
At first, I did kaplan q book, then studied First aid Q and A.
Next I studied usmle world q-bank. (timed mode, mixed, first time about 63%)After finished UW, I did Kaplan Q bank(timed, mixed, about 67%).

I reviewed Each Q bank twice. During repeating Q bank, I also studied Pre test books (Internal medicine, Pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology)

After finished doing these materials, I took NBMEs and UWSA.(Results are mentioned above.)
My sample usmle test result was 82%. It was about one month before the real exam. I forgot the results of kaplan's assessment test. They had 2 exams I guess, and my score was maybe 73 or 74%.

I think you should do both kaplan and UW q bank if you have enough time.
If you don't have time, you should do UW.
As many test taker says, in real exam, each question has longer presentation and the level is harder.
I felt nervous during the test because the real exam was much harder than any other mock exams I took, and I thought my score would be around 210-220 when I finished the test.

Anyway, if you have enough time, you should do as many questions as you can. At least, you should do UW twice. During real test, even if you feel nervous, never give up and try your best.

I'll go to bed... good luck.
