Kids 3-yr-old child with abdominal mass

A mother brings in her 3-yr-old girl because she felt a smooth mass on the left side of her belly when she was giving her a bath. Which of the following is the most likely diagnosis?

a. Wilm's tumor
b. Neuroblastoma
c. ALL

My guess is Wilm's tumor: Unilateral

Neuroblastoma: Usually midline
Hepatoblastoma: Would be on the right
ALL: Would have Hepatosplenomegaly (right and left "masses")
Hodgkin's: Could present with infiltration of abdominal lymph-nodes, but the peak incidence is in adolescents and old people i think, not in 3-year olds

Definitely A.

Facts of 10%

1. Associated with aniridia (absence of iris) (rarely) and with hemihypertrophy, cryptorchidism, or hypospadias in about 10% of cases

2. Wilm’s tumor is the most common abdominal malignancy of childhood, but represents only about 10% of childhood ,malignant tumors
