Default lewy body dementia and parkinsons,

since both conditions are the same , why they produce differnt s/s , as dementia produce signd of increase dopamine as hallucination and treated with anticholinestrase and parkinson is the opposite

lewy bodies are toxic to neurons but im not certain on the cause of hallucinations
generally the location of lewy bodies determines the difference
parknsons disease-in the substantia nigra
lewy body dementia-throughout the whole cortex
