please help to understand..epid question about PPV nad NPV...they shows grraph with A nd B point..how will change PPV in u move Bto A (B disease A healthy point)
i know this graph from step 1 i knew how to answer but i dont now why my answer is differ then theirs..and all my notes from step 1 says same as me..
for me PPV should increase but theY r saying PPV decrease

Should not ppv decrease? Because you are decreasing specificity of test by moving the cut off point lower so more false positive would be there?
