Question Variation in Vaccination Schedules

What should we do about immunization and vaccinations, I have noticed a few variation in different courses like in uworld, Kaplan for hep A/B for their dosing intervals and number of doses..

Can anyone clarify ?

Arrow Refer to the ACIP from the CDC

The most authentic reference when it comes to vaccination protocol and scheduling in USA is the ACIP recommendations from CDC.

This is the link to their website
http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/pubs/acip-list.htm

This is the link to their latest 2011 Child Immunization Recommendation
http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/recs/sch...chedule-pr.pdf

This is the link to their latest 2011 Adult Immunization Recommendation
http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/recs/sch...t-schedule.pdf

If a USMLE question is going to be checked against anything, then it will certainly be the ACIP recommendation.
