Default overflow incontinence

does over flow incontinence the same as DM causing bladder incontinence , i mean , are the same pathology?

yea....nerve problem = hypotonic bladder = overflow incontinence....bladder is not getting the proper "signal" so it doesn't know when to contract......its like gastroparesis in diabetes.

yep
whatever causes denervation of bladder (anesthesia,ms,dm,)= overflow incontinence

So which one is caused by detruser instability...is it Urge incontinence?

detrusor instability is when you have hypertonic bladder...basically the detrusor muscle has increased tone, so patient has the urge to go, but can't hold it until they get to the bathroom....so they have urge incontinence.
