Warning! USMLE world contradictory on Chlamydia testing in pregnant women

hey guys!
in uworld, in question 4529 it says that all pregnant women should be screened for Chlamydia, instead in question 4530 it says that only the ones at high risk!
I think that it comes from the contradiction in the guidelines:
USPTF says only high risk pregnancies and less than 24 years old, insteat CDC says all pregnant ones!

What do you think about it?

it is about the trimester. If in first trimester, screen all. If in 3rd, screen all at risk.
at risk means: < 25 or > 25 with risky behavior.
