Heart Myocardial infarction; Timing of medications and why?

Hi!! Was reading MI and wanted to share and discuss few things.

A guy coming with severe chest pain of duration more than 20 minutes.
MI suspected.
O2 and morphine given, and IV line put.
NTG given sublingual and ECG done
Chewable aspirin given

IF ST elevation, we give thrombolytics therapy. ACE-I given

If no ST elevation, then thrombolytics should not be given. Aspirin and clopidogrel are given. Unfractionate heparin or enoxaprin is given. Then in high risk, GP 11b/111a given

Can anyone please put the timing of each drug we give, when and why?
