Angry losing it..why cant i get the questions right??

i have started doingthe q bank off line version n at nearly every question i have to make annotations and keep taking notes..losingit now..do i have to go back to my notes or just keep going
look up in life...always:)

istart online uw (timed and random)by score 34 then 40 then 45 then 55 in th 1st week of practice then in 2nd week i reach 63 so by practice u will raise ur score dont worry this is normal
write notes but read them after u complete the whole qbank
by the way write the disease and intial MX (next step) and most accurate test
and most common cause for the disease
by time u will get better
which version uw u r using (2008)???
