Heart IHD Patient discharge Mnemonic

Don't forget what to do with a patient with ischemic heart disease upon discharging him/her home.

Here's the mnemonic


Aspirin and Anti-Anginals
Beta blocker, Blood pressure control
Cholesterol lowering and stopping Cigarettes
Diet and Diabetes control
Education and Exercise
