ObGyn C-CUP Mnemonic of Preterm Labor Tetrad

The following 4 criteria must be met to be in Preterm Labor:

C-CUP:
Change in dilation or effacement on examination or a
Cervical dilation of 2cm or more
Uterine contraction of 3 or more in 30 minutes
Pregnancy is between 20 to 36 wks.
