how many differential diagnosis will come to your mind at time:

  • Nikolsky sign
  • TEN (toxic epidermal necrosis)
  • Pemphigus vulgaris
  • Stevens Johnson syndrome
  • 4S (staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome)
