Default Exam Experience

Questions are lengthy, but the "thinking" time is even longer, so basically, if I had 15 min left after each block on step 1, here I barely was finishing on time. 43d question of one block I didn't even try to finish reading because it was huge and I still had 44th question coming up which turned out to be of similar length- on the whole screen. One extra hour is not helping either. Some questions are out of the blue, I have never read anything close not in kaplan or UW.
But, what can we do? We have to read whatever is available (kaplan and UW) and hope we get enough points on familiar material...
And coffee or other caffeinated drinks will be of big help... Good luck!

Finally I found someone who share the same experience with me

yes, I did step 2 CK few days ago

and Oh my God

nothing from Kaplan or USMLE World or USMLErx

Questions are so lengthy and 90% of the times you end up with 2 options both of them seem very plausible

let's pray to God

Default Waiting...

I agree. The exam has topics I have never read before (I took Kaplan course, I did First Aid and 100% qs USMLE world, 50% qs new Kaplan Qbank)
I got 265 in NBME form 4, 255 in NBME form 2, and 270 in USMLE World self assessment test. I have to say, the real exam was harder, longer... I am very disappointed and keep praying for a miracle, I hope I answered right what I think I knew.

Good luck to all of you guys!
