Question CS Language and terminology

Ok let's start a thread that help us all choose the appropriate terms and language to use when talking to SPs in USMLE Step 2 CS exam.

Default sputum or phlegm

should we say sputum or phlegm or saliva! which is more understandable to SPs?

This reminds me of a friend who used the word **** and some other inappropriate words and he effectively failed the CS.
I think stool and feces are both appropriate.

Use phlegm as they likely do not know what's sputum, but make sure to pronounce it as 'flem'

Best understandable and suitable word would be stomach, neither belly nor tummy.
Tummy is more for kids
Belly is more for the abdominal fat.

I believe womb is a more common name.
Uterus is a more medical name.
